Signature Required
We understand that having a delivery signature required can be an inconvenience. Given the high-dollar nature of our products and made-to-order lead times, we have found it necessary to prevent loss or damage by requiring signatures on delivery. Please be sure to inspect your package for any missing items or damage within 5 days of receipt.
Replacement accessories such as bulbs and electrical components do not require a signature upon delivery. Please contact our sales office at info@nichemodern.com if you have questions regarding shipping rates on these specific items.
