Any damage that occurs during shipping must be reported to Niche within 5 business days of delivery for a proper replacement or credit. Please notify us immediately at info@nichemodern.com with your order number and tracking number. Please retain all packaging materials and send photographs of each side of the carton in which the products were shipped. 

Should visual inspection upon the receipt of a shipment show damage, the shipment should NOT be accepted. Damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and signed by both you and the driver. Failure to do so will result in both Niche and the carrier refusing to honor your claim.

When damage is not apparent until the product is unpacked, then a claim for concealed damages must be made within 5 business days by emailing info@nichemodern.com.

If notice is not given within the time frame, Niche reserves the right to reject any return or refund.
